This private room operates within a lively, shared residential home where my wife, myself, and our two young children live full-time.

• Noise & Rules: We strictly maintain and enforce quiet household hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to protect everyone's sleep. However, our children are actively playing during daylight hours. You will hear normal daytime household noise.

• Suitability: If you work odd night shifts, require complete daytime silence to sleep, or are uncomfortable sharing common areas with toddlers, this home will not be a good functional fit for your travel needs. Booking explicitly confirms your acceptance of this daytime family dynamic.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
